Organic wines produced in accordance with (EC) Regulations nos. 834/2007 and 203/2012, with certification granted by CCPB. The member-growers who supply the grapes are supervised by various Certification Bodies for organic production (CCPB, ICEA, Suolo e Salute, Bioagricert).
Pale lemon color
Primary aroma of linden and acacia flowers followed by a pear and apple
Hint creamy mousse, soft palate with a marked acidity and a slightly fruit sweetness on the aftertaste.
Perfect for aperitif, it does match with soft ripened cheese, pasta or light main courses.
