Organic wines produced in accordance with (EC) Regulations nos. 834/2007 and 203/2012, with certification granted by CCPB. The member-growers who supply the grapes are supervised by various Certification Bodies for organic production (CCPB, ICEA, Suolo e Salute, Bioagricert).
Intense red color
Fragrance of violets, wild cherry and a slightly spicy note.
Moderate structure, rich acidity and fine,silky tannins.
Moderately aged cheese, deli meats, homemade pasta with ragout Bolognese.
