Metodo Classico Millesimato Sangiovese

Sangiovese grapes are hand harvested and pressed entire with pneumatic press to extract only the best juice. Its second fermentation and long maturation on the lees make this Metodo Classico a unique sparkling wine, with a strong personality. The very fine bubbles enhance its hints of wisteria and hawthorn, as well as crusty bread notes.
