Terre Cevico’s Traditional Method sparkler is obtained from specially selected Trebbiano grapes. Its second fermentation and long maturation on the lees make this Metodo Classico a unique sparkling wine, with a strong personality. The very fine bubbles enhance its hints of wisteria and hawthorn, as well as crusty bread notes.
