A Sangiovese that results from a vinification process that involves selection of the grapes based on their degree of ripeness. This selection is made by means of densimetric analysis using equipment whereby the best grapes are selected according to their density in a vat full of must with a defined level of concentration. The best grapes are destined for the production of top-quality wines.
Bright red with some faint purplish reflections
Intense bouquet, vinous, with a delicate scent that recall the viola odorata along with gentle notes of marasca cherry
Dry taste, rounded and harmonic, slightly tannic with an amiable bitterish aftertaste
Goes well with first courses, roasts, grilled meats and cheeses
